Salary: Based on experience and qualifications.
Preferred Reqs: 3 years on-site experience as a property manager for a Class B or greater property containing at least 50 or more units. Previous Section 42 or similar affordable housing experience will be a plus. Experience with a lease up of a new property will also be viewed as a big plus for this position.
