HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
By 1911, the state-of-the-art poured-in-place concrete resulted in this New Orleans warehouse with support columns in a 16-foot grid, each beautifully formed with a lovely Etruscan Capital. These columns reaching for the open sky, outline the interior courtyards and balconies which bring light, air and activity into the building core.
