HISTORY/OVERVIEW:
The Briggs - Courtyard by Marriott is one of the most innovative, adaptive re-use projects in the country. Two vacant and blighted warehouses located at the entrance to downtown Omaha were connected with a new construction link to create a unique and quality hotel with 8,000 square feet of retail space. The site is adjacent to the Old Market area of Omaha and to the world headquarters of Con-Agra. |
