As HRI Properties began to focus more on the development of hotels, it was determined the timing was right to create a Hotel Management Company to better control the operation of these assets and provide more support for the managers of each hotel. In 2007 HRI Lodging, Inc. was created to concentrate efforts within our ever expanding portfolio of hotels across the continental U.S, while continually seeking out new opportunities. At that time, Honore Aschaffenburg was named President of the Lodging Division of HRI and he developed his executive team from those already living and breathing the day-to-day operations of the hotels. They are:
- Norman Amort, Executive Vice President Hotel Operations;
- Karl Munster, Vice President of Finance; and
- Sarah Singer Gagnon, Vice President of Sales.
HRI Lodging, Inc. is presently affiliated with such fine hotel brands as Hilton, Hilton Garden Inns, Renaissance by Marriott, Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Courtyard by Marriott and Residence Inns. It is HRI Lodging’s mission to continue to expand at an average rate of one hotel a year. Areas of future interest are: Lafayette, Louisiana; Des Moines, Iowa; Gulfport, Meridian & Jackson, Mississippi.
