Built in 1931 as the first private African American hospital in New Orleans, the building is rich with the history of medical care and professional development in the community. Today, 89 apartments now fill the room and wards. Completely renovated in 2007, this property features brand new affordable apartment homes for older persons, ages 55 and older.
